We will happily refund or exchange your order however please be advised that Eaden do not offer return/exchange on sale items. The exception to this policy is if the garment is faulty/defective in which case we will first offer to replace the garment. If this is not possible a store credit will be issued. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay all postage costs to return the items.

Returns are only accepted providing the garments are unworn, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Eaden will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standar Parcel Post). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For your protection we recommend you keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. A refund can take up to 30 days to process, however, we will aim to refund goods as quickly as possible within this time frame.
