Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand that some people aren’t online shoppers or find it easier to speak to someone before ordering. Please call us on 07 5591 5878 Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm. If we are unable to answer your call leave us a message and we will happily call you back.

How do I know if you received my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not yet received this, please email us, and we will check this for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship your order using Australia Post Express Post. You can generally expect to receive your order within 5 business days (although capital cities are usually sooner).

What payment methods are available?

When shopping with Eaden, you can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal. You may also pay by direct deposit although your order will not be shipped until funds are cleared. If you wish to pay by direct deposit please email us for further instructions.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery within Australia costs $12.00
We currently offer Free Delivery for orders over $150.00

International delivery charges are quoted on an individual basis. Contact Us if you would like to enquire about international shipping.

Does Eaden ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. In order to provide you with a postage cost we will need to find out a few more details from you. Contact Us to enquire about international shipping.

How can I return or exchange my purchase?

We will happily exchange or refund your purchase. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for all returns.

Returns are only accepted providing the garments are unworn, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the debit/credit card used in the original transaction. Eaden will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery).

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Do you have any retail stores?

We do not have any Eaden owned retail stores however do sell our product through a network of wonderful Eaden stockists. For details on current stockists visit our Stockist Page.
